This magazine is another of 16mm slides from the trip discussed in part of this post. Because of the selection of pictures, I am dedicating this post to my parents’ long time friends Shirlee and Hy (may he rest in peace). My mother and Shirlee are friends from at least middle school when they formed a private club known as The Dancellas.

In addition there are three normal 35mm slides from an unspecified time, I am assuming it is 1971 as well. However, one of the pictures above can shed some light from someone who is better at recognizing infants than I.
You should check with Mom, but I am not sure Shirley was involved with the Dancellas.
I am sure they will correct me if I got it wrong. By the way, it is Shirlee (that I know for sure).

Though my recollection is consistent with yours that Shirley was part of the original Dancellas. Need to go to the source on this one!
